My thinking is that if we are to exist here together, then concessions must needs be made. I may be a warrior King, but even I know when to sue for peace. That we might find the common ground with which we both once stood.
We are inexonerably drawn to one another, but need it always be a clash when we meet? Could it not be something more than that?
